gempak9 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and gempak9 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the gempak9 online gaming platform accessible at gempak9.co ("Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or utilising any service offered by gempak9, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including all policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable promotion-specific terms.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account if one has been created.

To register and maintain a gempak9 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. gempak9 operates a strict 21+ policy. Underage gambling is a serious offence and gempak9 will report suspected cases of underage gambling to relevant authorities.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as a representative of any business, syndicate, or third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of gempak9 is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or close relative of an employee of gempak9 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or technology partners.
• You have not previously been excluded from gempak9 or had an account permanently closed for policy violations.

gempak9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension and/or withdrawal holds.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) gempak9 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your account information and to update it promptly if any details change. gempak9 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

As part of our regulatory obligations, gempak9 conducts Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification. You may be required to submit the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian IC, Passport).
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

KYC verification is mandatory prior to processing any withdrawal. gempak9 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until satisfactory verification is completed. Account balances will not be forfeited during a pending verification process unless fraud is suspected.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify gempak9 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4.1 Deposits. All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made from payment accounts not belonging to the account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the account being flagged for investigation.

gempak9 accepts deposits via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. gempak9 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your financial institution may impose its own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during standard business hours. Processing times for unverified accounts may be extended pending KYC completion.

4.3 Currency. All gempak9 account balances, transactions, bonuses, and winnings are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). gempak9 does not accept or disburse funds in any other currency from Malaysian player accounts.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. gempak9 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") regulations. The Company reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal of funds where AML concerns arise, and may be required to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

gempak9 offers bonuses and promotions from time to time at its sole discretion. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is specified in the individual promotion terms published on the Promotion page.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who satisfy the stated eligibility criteria for each promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• gempak9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Existing qualifying wagering activity will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of bonus claim.
• Bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements within the specified validity period will expire and be forfeited automatically.
• Any attempt to exploit bonuses through arbitrage betting, low-risk wagering patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or collusion shall result in immediate forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

All games available on the gempak9 Platform are governed by the rules published by the respective game provider. In the event of a discrepancy between game rules displayed in the Platform lobby and the official game provider rules, the game provider's official rules shall prevail.

All RNG-based game outcomes are generated by certified random number generator software subject to independent testing. gempak9 does not modify game RTP or outcome probabilities from their certified configurations.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, gempak9 reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to the player's account. Winnings recorded during a demonstrable technical error may be subject to review and correction. gempak9 shall not be liable for losses resulting from technical errors beyond its reasonable control.

Bet cancellations are not permitted once a game round has been initiated. Players are solely responsible for confirming stake amounts prior to initiating any game round or placing any sports wager.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gempak9 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and may result in civil or criminal referral:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any identified vulnerability must be reported to gempak9 promptly; exploitation of such vulnerabilities will result in account closure and balance forfeiture.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts, including accounts operated through proxies, VPNs, or similar technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive communication with gempak9 staff or other players.

All content on the gempak9 Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and game content — is the proprietary intellectual property of gempak9 or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or licence to any intellectual property on the Platform beyond the limited, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended recreational purpose.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of gempak9. Unauthorised use of gempak9's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gempak9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the cause of action arose.

gempak9 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or reputational harm.

gempak9 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

gempak9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including in circumstances where:

• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 7 is detected or reasonably suspected.
• The player fails to satisfy ongoing eligibility requirements.
• KYC documentation is not provided within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account activity indicates potential money laundering or other financial crime.
• Self-exclusion or third-party exclusion requests are received.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, legitimate account balances (excluding bonus funds under investigation) will be preserved during the investigation period. Where suspension results from confirmed policy violations, account balances may be forfeited in whole or in part as determined by the outcome of the investigation.

You may close your account at any time by contacting gempak9 support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be refunded to your verified payment method.

gempak9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All gempak9 services are strictly for entertainment purposes only. Gambling should never be used as a means to generate income or to resolve financial difficulties.

gempak9 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible from your account settings and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limits can be reduced immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits & Reality Checks: Set maximum session durations and receive periodic reminders of elapsed playing time.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for defined periods (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Temporarily pause your account for a defined period without permanent closure.

gempak9 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, gempak9 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to your registered address or via prominent in-Platform notification.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not accept amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account. Pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances will be honoured regardless of account closure.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. You are encouraged to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable under gempak9's gaming licence jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting gempak9 customer support.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism provided under gempak9's operating licence. gempak9 will cooperate fully with any such process and provide relevant records and documentation as requested.

Nothing in this clause limits gempak9's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction to protect its legitimate interests, including in cases of suspected fraud or intellectual property infringement.
